Somalia, 2050 - One panel comic about how radical chnage could happen and lead to a just and (depite all the awaiting climate horrors) atractive future.

This was my contribution to CALL FOR ARTISTIC IMAGINATION: Life in 2050 with much less energy for the International Institute For Applied Systems Analaysis. My aim was to help people imagine radical change and gather the courage to make it happen through remembering that sometimes the stories our elders tell us about the past sound completly foreign and unimaginable. The one panel comic was turned into a slightly animated video to help focus on the narrative. Louisa Beck created a beautiful soundscape for my words to float on.
